PUBLIC DROP: I announce a public drop window that's typical a few days long, but I often sell out and close the drop early.

Availability of products is shown on the listing. Most of the time silk props sell out very quickly, but I'm working on increasing production to have more always available options. • Pre-orders are discounted. Why? You are guaranteed the design you want is available, but you wait a little bit more time to receive your order. AND you also help me keep my costs down. Knowing which designs are in highest demand means decreased inventory that needs to be stored etc...

READY TO SHIP orders are the most expedited option. If sold out and you need an item in a hurry, please reach out to me via info@chromaticflow.com and I'll see what I can do! Sometimes expediting won't be possible, but I will try my best.

Yes! The print is very durable and the colors won't bleed together. You can hand wash the veils, but for Silk Fans please avoid getting the staves wet.

• Dip the silk (avoid the staves and overlays) into cold water with mild detergent
• Gently hand wash
• Rinse
• Hang to dry

Water Misting - Yes

• Use room temperature water in a misting bottle to lightly mist the veil and hang to dry, but avoid getting the staves or overlays wet.

Steam - Yes

• Use a steamer to remove wrinkles in the veil, but avoid steaming the overlays or staves.

Iron- Yes

• You can iron your silks if they are creased using the lowest setting on your iron. DO NOT IRON THE OVERLAYS or near the staves.

The listing will note the artwork width and length.

For Flag Wing Veils... Most sets are 70" x 35"

For Silk Fans... Most sets are 38", 48" or 58" long. The length is measured from the staves in the open position with the silk laid out flat. Faster movements increase the length a bit because the wide silk collapses inward and extends the tips.

For Tech Fan Covers... the width and length varies based on the fan type, so check the listing for options.

All silk props have 1-3 edge cut options specifically chosen for the design. See the listing for all options.

MADE TO ORDER & PRE-ORDERS are custom in that you select your options to build your fan set. Currently not publicly offering fully custom orders including custom artwork.

Silk Props are shipped with insurance at checkout. If your props arrive damaged due to improper shipment handling or if there is an issue with your order, contact me within 5 days of delivery by emailing info@chromaticflow.com. 

Your tracking number will be sent out via email for all orders as soon as the shipping label is created. If you have not yet received a tracking number, then your order has not yet shipped.

Yes, shipping to over 100 countries worldwide is available. You can check the International shipping options to your location when you add your address on the checkout page.

DDP vs DAP - International shipping terms vary depending on the destination region, but if DDP shipping is available for your location you will see duties and taxes calculated automatically and shown on the checkout page separately from your product cost. If no amount is calculated then your shipment is DAP and you will need to pay import duty separately upon delivery.
